Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 within the contiguous United States. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping options are available at checkout. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the daily cutoff time. Please make sure the full and correct address is provided during checkout. If the address is insufficient or delivery is refused then the package may be returned to the sender and you will be liable for any further shipping charges.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once an order has been placed you will be sent an email to the email address you provided at checkout with the order number and any other tracking information. For delayed orders that have already been shipped please check with the delivery carrier. We offer international shipping to most countries. International customers are liable for any customs or duties on their purchases.

We do our best to complete shipping within 5-7 business days, however, the allocation and order processing happens within hours. Once the order has been delivered a confirmation email will also be sent to the customer's provided email address. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled. Furthermore, we cannot change the delivery address or other order details after an order has been placed unless we cancel the order but only if it has not yet been processed. We are not liable for packages damaged by the delivery carrier during transit.

Sometimes orders may be delayed due to logistical issues with the carrier including but not limited to inclement weather, high mail volume and tracking failures. Orders may also be delayed during periods of high delivery volumes such as the holidays. In such cases it is best to keep checking the tracking details for any updates. If an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier but it was not received, we are unable to issue a refund. In such cases, you may reach out to the carrier to further investigate the issue.
