Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 in the contiguous United States. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Once an order has been placed you will be sent an email to the email address you provided at checkout with the order number and other tracking info. For delayed orders please check with the carrier. We offer international shipping to most countries. We do our best to ship within 5-7 working days, however, the allocation and order processing functions happen within hours. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled. Furthermore, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed unless we cancel the order but only if it has not been processed. We are not liable for packages damaged by the delivery carrier during transit. Sometimes orders may be delayed due to logistical issues with the carrier but that is not in our control. If an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier but it was not received, we are unable to issue a refund. In such cases, you may reach out to the carrier to further investigate the issue.
