Orders are generally processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), and we aim to complete shipping within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or order verification.
We offer international shipping to most countries. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, as order details and delivery addresses cannot be changed once processing has begun.
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery and tracking are handled by the shipping provider. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier promptly to begin a missing-package investigation.
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. A 5% restocking fee may apply.
Sale items, limited-edition products, international orders, undergarments, hosiery, fragrances, sprays, perishables, and other excluded items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected and typically take 3–7 business days to process.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with the required supporting evidence. Exchanges are generally available only when an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was sent.
