Shipping and delivery:
We offer free shipping on orders over $250 within the contiguous United States. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping options are available at checkout with estimated delivery times and prices. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the daily cutoff time which is 9 A.M. EST. Please make sure the full and correct address is provided during checkout including important details such as apartment numbers and the full street address. If the address is insufficient or delivery is refused then the package may be returned to the sender and you will be liable for any further shipping charges.
For high-value orders, packages may be held until proper order validation and confirmation can be verified. This may take anywhere from 1-2 business days depending on how quickly the information is provided or how long our internal verification process takes to complete. The contact information provided at checkout will be used to contact you. Please make sure to check for any correspondence regarding your order. You may be asked for your valid state-issued ID, payment method details and other relevant information as part of the order verification process. Your details will only be used for verification purposes. If we are unable to verify your identity then your order may be cancelled.
Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If we send you a prepaid return label then the cost of that may be deducted from you refund amount. If you wish to use your own shipping to send an item back then you may do so at your own risk. In such cases, you must inform us before shipping. Once an order has been placed you will be sent an email to the email address you provided at checkout with the order number and any other tracking information. If delivery of the package is refused then the package will be returned to us and you will be liable for any further shipping charges.
For delayed orders that have already been shipped please check with the delivery carrier. We offer international shipping to most countries. International customers are liable for any customs or duties on their purchases. Please review the local policies in your region to avoid any unexpected charges. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Any orders provided with unacceptable or incomplete addresses may be cancelled. Any packages are packaged with the utmost care to ensure your purchased items are received as intended. When shipping items back please do not use the original box or packaging for the items as a container without a proper case outside. We are not liable for any packages damaged by the delivery carrier during transit.
We do our best to complete shipping within 5-7 business days, however, the allocation and order processing happens within hours. Once the order has been delivered a confirmation email will also be sent to the customer's provided email address. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled. An order also cannot be cancelled if shipping details have already been provided to you. Furthermore, we cannot change the delivery address or other order details after an order has been placed unless we cancel the order but only if it has not yet been processed.
Sometimes orders may be delayed due to logistical issues with the carrier including but not limited to inclement weather, high mail volume and tracking failures. Orders may also be delayed during periods of high delivery volumes such as during the holidays. In such cases it is best to keep checking the tracking details for any updates. We are unable to issue refunds or cancel orders that are arriving later than the expected delivery date. Expedited shipping services are not a guarantee of when you may receive your package and may still be subject to order verification and hold periods.
If you did not receive your package after you are sent a notice of delivery confirmation you must inform as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after it is said to be delivered. If an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but it was not received, we are unable to issue a refund. In such cases, you may reach out to the carrier or ask us to initiate a missing mail search to trace the package for you. If it is confirmed that the package was delivered correctly to the provided address we will be unable to take any further action such as issuing a refund or sending any replacement items.
Only purchases made from our website or physical store may be eligible for a return/exchange/refund. Packages sent to us for returns/exchanges/refunds must be sent to the same store address they were shipped to you from. The packages must be shipped with secure packaging to avoid damage to the items. If there is damage to the items you may be charged a restocking fee or your return/exchange/refund may be denied entirely. The items must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging and be in the same condition that you received them in.
Please have your return/exchange/refund package shipping sent with verifiable tracking (we will not be liable for any lost/stolen packages). Return packages must be sent out within 3 business days of when a return is approved or your request may be denied. If we send you a prepaid return label then the cost of that may be deducted from you refund amount. If you wish to use your own shipping to send an item back then you may do so at your own risk. In such cases, you must inform us before shipping. Please do not ship items back to us without first having submitted having a return request and having it approved. We will not be liable for any lost packages or reimbursements in such cases.
In-store pickup:
You can choose to come collect your order in store by selecting the in-store pickup option at checkout. There is no charge if you use this option. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours but may take longer. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your confirmation email, payment method details and your state-issued ID that matches the order information when you come to pickup. The person who placed the order is the only one authorized to pickup the order. You will be notified via email when your order has been picked up. In-store pickups must be collected within 3 business days or your order may be cancelled.
