Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. A 5% restocking fee may apply.

Sale items, limited-edition products, international orders, undergarments, hosiery, fragrances, sprays, perishables, and other excluded items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected and typically take 3–7 business days to process.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported with the required supporting evidence. Exchanges are generally available only when an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was sent.
